This patient, suffering from Reiter's syndrome, shows a rash on the bottom of his feet called keratoderma blennorrhagica.
Reiter’s syndrome consists of predominately three symptoms: arthritis, conjunctivitis and urinary tract infections, or urethritis. More recently, doctors have recognized a fourth major feature, ulcerations of the skin and mouth.
