Diagnosis: Condyloma Acuminatum / Buschke and Loewenstein, Giant Condyloma

Comments: This 60 year old man had a 10 year history
of slowly progressive giant condylomata acuminatum of the penis that
spread to the inguinal area. These large confluent nodules, referred
to as giant condylomata acuminata of Buschke and Loewenstein may evolve
into verrucous carcinoma, a low grade variant of squamous cell carcinoma.
A biopsy from the base of the largest lesion was pending.
Morphology: plaqulous (plaque / nodule / tumor)
Organization: confluent
Pattern: asymmetric / intertrigenous (creases) Color: brown
Body Site: groin / suprapubic area
