Diagnosis: Fasciitis, Necrotizing / Ulcer
Comments: A 30-year-old man developed
rapidly progressive painful erythema and edema of the right foot following
a bee sting. Necrotizing fasciitis was diagnosed, and the area was
aggressively debrided in the operating room.
