Diagnosis: Zoster / Herpes zoster / Shingles
Comments: This 7-year-old boy
developed shingles on his shoulder, upper chest, and arm. The lesions
were mildly pruritic, and resolved with compresses and calamine lotion
over 2 weeks. He had received the varicella vaccine as a toddler.
