Case 5: Clinical

Patient was a 57 year old man with a persistent "sore" on right hard palate of 6 weeks duration. No alcohol or tobacco use, but had worked with aniline dyes in a cloth mill.
Clinical findings: Slightly sensitive ulcer with raised borders lingual to maxillary right first molar-premolar region.
Differential diagnosis: Chronic granulomatous reaction, squamous cell carcinoma
Biopsy: Incisional biopsy
