This patient presented with what was diagnosed as Reiter’s syndrome with accompanying circinate balanitis of the glans penis.
Reiter’s syndrome consists of a predominately three symptoms, which includes arthritis, conjunctivitis and urinary tract infections or urethritis. Usually beginning in a region of an existing infection due to bacteria such as Chlamydia trachomatis.
