This patient exhibited a painless sore on the glans penis called “balanitis circinata”, due to his diagnosed Reiter’s syndrome.
Reiter’s syndrome consists of a predominately three symptoms: arthritis, conjunctivitis and urinary tract infections, or urethritis. Due to its systemic arthritic symptoms, this disease is sometimes referred to as “seronegative spondyloarthropathy”.
