This patient presented with conjunctivitis, which proved to be a consequence of Reiter's syndrome.
Reiter’s syndrome consists of a predominately 3 symptoms, which includes arthritis, conjunctivitis and urinary tract infections or urethritis. Usually the disease begins in a region of an existing infection due to bacteria such as Chlamydia trachomatis.
